Jeff is a proven executive with extensive experience in Human Resources and Operations management nationally and internationally supporting and directing companies through creating, continuing, and capitalizing on growth and change.  

Known for excellence in human capacity management, Jeff has served as a pastor, missionary, counselor and human resources professional for more than thirty years, serving in thirty-eight countries around the world.

As a Fortune 500 consultant, he has served healthcare, computer, manufacturing, education, and religious non-profit industries, and has been a leading executive in missions as well as the corporate business world.

Founding Board member for the Olive Branch International, a humanitarian relief missions organization, Jeff and his wife Nancy are active in ministry internationally.  As Pastor to Men, Jeff also anchors the Men’s Division of the Life Purpose Coaching Centers International ministry founded by Dr. Katie Brazelton.  Jeff has been involved in life planning for many years, pioneering Life and Career Planning for missionaries more than twenty years ago.  A speaker and teacher in demand, Jeff has addressed audiences ranging from small groups to packed stadiums.

Jeff just finished his ninth book The Power of a Loving Man: 13 Keys to Setting Your Heart Free, Broadman & Holman Publishers 2006.  He and Nancy make their home in southern California where they own and operate the Hidden Value Group, a literary agency and consulting organization.  Together, they enjoy the time they get to spend with their three grown children and six grandchildren.
