Carletha Ward is a gifted encourager. As one who has experienced many of the heartaches and disappointments of dysfunctional family life, she understands the process of discovering or rediscovering, and living out, God’s divine plan for your life. She enjoys studying the Bible, writing, reading and looking at old movies.

Carletha’s goal is to help women rise up from many of life’s situations that threaten to undermine them and prevent them from pursuing their purpose in life. She is able to gently help you reach a place in your life where you want to take a step forward. She desires to see you walk in wholeness in every area of your life. Carletha knows that it isn’t where you’ve been that matters; it’s where you are going. She wants to see every woman and young girl on the pathway to the fulfillment of their life’s dreams.

Carletha is an ordained Elder, the leader of the Women’s Ministry for her church and is a Sunday School teacher. She is also an Associate Minister at her church. Through her Christian radio broadcast, she is able to proclaim the gospel to a broad audience of listeners.

Carletha has many years of experience in the field of Human Resources. She is a graduate of Barton College in Wilson, NC with a BS Degree in Business Administration. She also holds a BS Degree in Biblical Studies from the Goldsboro Disciple Institute in North Carolina. She currently serves on the boards of several organizations.
