Dr. Royster is a warm, fun-loving, encourager who enjoys a happy, healthy and victorious Christian life despite a traumatic divorce and diagnosed disability. God has restored her life from ground zero through an “extreme make-over” process of brokenness, pain and loss. Her unique lifestyle of prophetic worship and intercession has “divinely” and supernaturally connected her with women across the nation and the world. A former pastor's wife, Dr. Royster has been equipped and empowered to relate to women with sincerity and passion who are single, divorced or married and those who may minister alongside their spouse. A gifted and anointed messenger of the gospel with a refreshing style and presentation, Dr. Royster enjoys teaching women how to apply the Word of God with skill and grace.

Dr. Royster takes pleasure in helping women to discover their life purpose and to fulfill their goals and dreams by the transforming power of God being demonstrated in their lives. Like Deborah in the Book of Judges, women are drawn to her warmth and her spirit of wisdom, counsel, and compassion that enables them to come to a place of R & R (Rehoboth and Relevance), realizing their unique “place” and role in the Kingdom of God! She enjoys connecting women in “accountability partnerships” and “modeling” how they can be a source of encouragement and strength to one another. She is known for her unique ability to empower women during their “making” process of Christian growth and development. And she is especially excited about encouraging and discipling those who desire mutual accountability and intentional relationship building and networking.
She dreams of establishing a retreat center as well as a private foundation that will be a major contributor to women's ministries providing ministry scholarships and funds for sabbaticals. She lives her life to leave this legacy: “Don't allow others to poison your passion for Christ by characterizing you by your circumstances! Exceed every limitation in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ”! |

Dr. Royster has served in a variety of different ministerial capacities including: Co-Pastor; Church Planter; Worship Leader; Church Administrator; Chaplain's Assistant; Urban Missionary; and a Speaker for retreats, small group meditations and reflections, conferences, workshops and leadership seminars. She is a contributing author to Refined by Fire: Becoming a Champion of Life Challenges and has co-authored an article on "Spiritual Warfare" for Living the Better Life E Newsletter (issue. 21) http://www.purposedrivenlife.com. Dr. Royster also serves as Host for “The Word on Purpose for Women” local radio broadcast and is noted among speakers with Christian Women's and Ministry Women Networks.
