 | Kim loves to invest her time helping others to have fun while they discover about the truths in God’s word, enjoying everyday life, and fulfilling that deep yearning in their soul crying out, “I want to make a difference!” Her involvement in children, teens, young adults and women’s ministries has given her a wide variety of understanding the unique challenges and purposes for these stages of life. She has written funny stories for children encouraging Biblical truths, wrote and directed plays and skits that use laughter to instill necessary components of a Godly life style. She also has a more serious side when she took on a peer counseling position at Crisis Pregnancy Center. It opened up a new level of understanding of women in crisis circumstances. She has been married since 1978, has three children, a son in law, and two very cute and wonderful grandchildren. She loves to hike, read, write, travel and spend time with her family.
| | | Her unique specialty is helping young mothers who may feel they are “on hold” in their life purpose because they just don’t have the time or energy it takes to think too much about it. If that is you, see how God has given you specialties that can be woven in, through and around your family, that will not only benefit your family, but give you that awe inspired feeling of “Incredible, wow, God and I are partners and we are doing a pretty good job. Thank you God for allowing me to be a part of your generous heart and plan for myself and others!” Kim also loves to help any woman who needs confidence and encouragement in her purpose in life, or is stuck because of a past failure, abuse, divorce, or is in a life transition.
| | Kim has taught pre-school, children’s church, has been on youth staff, women’s ministries teams, facilitated ALPHA, Crisis Pregnancy volunteer and counselor, traveled on mission’s trips, and tutored troubled teens. She and her husband, Stan are currently hosting a young adult small group which meets in their home. Presently, she also volunteers on a women’s ministry team, and volunteers for the Juvenile Court.
| | Kim has experience from a variety of ministry involvement. She has worked in the Public Schools for 17 years as Educational Assistant, adapted curriculum for special needs students, and as a Health Room Coordinator. She has hosted Japanese students and has traveled abroad for personal enjoyment and with an organization called People to People assisting students building cultural awareness.
