Marilyn comes from a family whose Christian heritage goes back to her grandparents. After 17 years of marriage, Marilyn was widowed. She has two beautiful daughters, the oldest in university in the honours math program and the youngest excelling in retail as an assistant manager. Marilyn enjoys hanging out with her daughters, spending time over a coffee with her sisters, reading, and walking her new canine companion, Blaise.

Marilyn understands the struggles faced by today’s single and widowed moms. She understands the challenges in raising two daughters as a single mom. This abrupt change in Marilyn’s life forced her back into the workforce working as an insurance agent. She took several courses to upgrade her qualifications, and God has been promoting her all the way. Before these changes she was a stay at home mom, home schooling her daughters for 9 years. She has seen the hand of God time after time supplying all her needs, spiritually, emotionally and physically as she raised her daughters to become young women.

Marilyn counts it a blessing to have taken her coaching training at Life Purpose Coaching Center International. Through this training, she has seen a number of women set free and find their purpose. She will continue to encourage and coach women to reach their full potential in Christ.

Being coached, having her life plan done and trained through a certified LPCCI coach, Marilyn has discovered who she is in Jesus. She knows that God loves and approves of her according to Romans 5:5 and Romans 8:31. She has been able to overcome many obstacles with the help of Jesus, and Marilyn finds it a joy to help women find that special love and approval that only God can give them. She knows first hand about verbal and emotional abuse, a feeling of worthlessness and then finding out that God really loves her and approves of her. Through these experiences, Marilyn is passionate about helping and encouraging women to know how special and unique they are. She wants to help them walk in freedom and their God given pathway to purpose.
