Rhoda has been married for 34 years and has two daughters/sons-in-law and 5 grandchildren. She enjoys playing with her grandchildren, reading, card making, sewing and hiking. She also enjoys working alongside her husband in their coaching ministry.

Rhoda has a passion for all women, young and old, to walk along side of them. To help them become successful in discovering, developing, and ministering in their God given purpose. She has worked with women/girls of all ages in the 30 years she has been a pastor’s wife and enjoys each phase of a women’s life. Rhoda loves to take women with a past they would like to forget and show them how God can use what they have learned from that past for good to bring glory to Him and fulfillment of life purpose. She and her husband have a passion to encourage and walk along side pastor couples. 

Rhoda began her journey with Jesus at the age of 23 along with her husband Larry. She has worked with teens in the public schools for 17 years in the areas of Natural Helpers, Peer Mediation, counseling. She has been involved in mentoring teens that are pregnant, parenting, or homeless and working with first time juvenile offenders. She has also been involved with Crisis Pregnancy Center as a volunteer, Crisis Line volunteer, a volunteer with the Juvenile Justice System and for many years housed Japanese exchange students for their summer program. And is currently involved with a new church plant.

Rhoda has served on staff with her husband in two churches, all in her hometown of Snohomish. In ministry she has taught in Children’s Church, Women’s Bible studies, Grief Workshops, Life Recovery Ministry and has been a Women’s Ministries Coordinator. Her passion has always been, and continues to be, helping women know how much God loves them and how much He wants to use them. Her all time favorite quote by Mother Teresa: "Let no one come to you without leaving better and happier."
