The Family became Rosalie's priority when she chose to leave the workforce in the early 90's when her daughter and son were born. Moving from Ontario to BC to Manitoba due to her Professional Engineer husband's job transfers has been an added adventure.

The transitions that Rosalie has experienced with regard to a career change, mothering, relocating and generally starting over have caused her to draw upon God even more, as her constant counsel. Throughout her life journey, Rosalie has developed a deep appreciation and vulnerability to the multifaceted issues of a woman's heart.

Rosalie and her husband married in 1991. They are busily parenting a teenaged daughter and son. Two beloved cats and a dog are also part of the family. Rosalie has a love for researching, writing, gardening, hiking as well as meeting all the dog-walkers on the path behind her home.

Rosalie is committed to helping women become all that God desires. Under the leadership of the Holy Spirit, Rosalie works with a client to identify areas she may desire healing, nurture, growth and support. Together they make plans to fill in the gaps. Through meaningful conversations and probing questions, the coaching process helps a client uncover hidden longings and identify the timing to move forward on them. Together they develop STEPS that help the client move forward.

Rosalie has over 25 years of lay-ministry experience:

from teaching preschoolers to jr. highers to guiding adult small groups
from administering resources for a crisis pregnancy centre to setting up a library
from being a church clerk to helping plant a church
from being a greeter to holding conversational English as a Second Language (ESL) sessions.
from ministering to neighbourhood children to participating in Mothers-Who-Care

She is busily networking with a variety of organizations, offering her services as a Certified Life Purpose™ Coach and Group Facilitator.

A college graduate, Rosalie worked as an Administrative Assistant for senior executives for 14 years. She has been involved in women's ministries and has taken courses - most recently being Certified as a Life Purpose™ Coach with Pathway to Purpose Ministry. Rosalie has been affirmed in her ability to provide clarity and encouragement.

Rosalie is excited about her new calling as a coach. She has found that coaching causes her to live in even more faith, integrity, and compassion. As she walks through the conversations with clients, she too is challenged and most of all blessed by the time invested. Rosalie has made a commitment that ongoing healing, surrender, change and continuous learning will remain part of her life too!
