Barbara is a single mother. She has one daughter who has just begun her journey as a Pre-Medical student at a local college. Barb enjoys several activities such as; running, golfing, cross country skiing and entertaining her friends and family.

Barbara Schlatter has the heart of Luke 4:18; to see the captive set free from oppression, blindness and poverty. Barbara offers coaching at an individual or business level while focusing in the areas of purpose, vision, and strategy. Her assessments and coaching sessions are a valuable resource to help every client explore and awaken their inner truth, strengths, gifts and talents; while informing, challenging and mentoring each individual through this journey. Barb’s vision is to see each client find and sustain long lasting personal success and function at their full potential.

Barbara will also teach and equip individuals and professionals for Marketplace Ministry. Her goal is to connect entrepreneurs & professionals into national business networking groups where they can distribute their resources into a Foundation to bless the nations. Barb’s vision is to witness emerging leaders take their talents and use them to create a positive change in their work/personal environments and globally.

Barbara co-founded Singles in Christ Ministry, was the Developmental Director of Christian Recovery Counseling Center, and is the CEO of Touch of Love Ministries and Jubilee Marketplace Professionals, Inc. She has lead several bible studies, intercession groups, and offered spiritual guidance to those going through difficult times. She is presently involved in her church ‘Career Ministry Group’ as a coach and facilitator.

Barbara has earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Minnesota. Barb has over 10 years of experience in Sales & Marketing and Business Development in both corporate and Non-Profit companies. She is also a Certified Personal Trainer through the Academy Council of Education. She is currently the CEO of her own business and volunteers in her local community and church.
