Growing up as a pastor’s daughter and later as a minister’s wife, Becci never realized the turn her life would be taking years down the road. After 22 years of marriage, Becci experienced the pain of divorce and found herself looking even more to God for clarification and guidance. As God comforted and pieced her and her children’s heart back together, He taught them how to draw closer and grow stronger through the pain and confusion. A few years later God saw fit to bless their family with an addition of a loving Christian man. Since then Becci and Dan have enjoyed 10 years of marriage. They now enjoy their three grown children, and one precious granddaughter.

Becci has a desire to see all women discover who they are in Christ, and to realize their value and purpose as a person. Becci has a heart for women who have experienced divorce, rejection, and those whose self-worth has been degraded whether by another person, disease or injury. Becci deals with Hypothyroidism, and issues with a back and neck injury she received from an attack of a stranger. Learning to forgive and move forward with God’s guidance has given her the anchor she needed to pursue helping others. Her passion is to encourage and assist women in discovering God’s grand purpose for their lives despite the obstacles Satan throws their way. “You, dear children, are from God and have overcome them, because the one who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world.” 1 John 4:4

Over the years Becci has always been involved in some kind of ministry. Whether it’s teaching Sunday School to children or junior and senior high girls to being a director in VBS, GA’s and Acteens, Becci has loved every minute. She’s had the opportunity to work in the prayer ministry, Big A Club, serve as the entertainment director in ladies’ associational meetings and teach in Divorce Recovery with her husband. Becci has served with the Clowning for Christ Clown ministry as five year old “Lavender,” and has taken part in many mission opportunities. These include participating in local disaster relief projects, painting local classrooms, various Mexico mission trips, Homes for Humanity building projects, serving in a Mississippi shelter after Hurricane Katrina hit, and a two week VBS trip to Thailand.

Becci has had the opportunity to move around a great deal in her life. While on her adventures she met a wonderful variety of people, and has experienced many different working situations. Little did she know she would need all that diverse education to serve in the calling God would lay on her heart in the following years. One of her favorite positions she held was that of Administrative Assistant to the Family and Care Ministry. Becci loves women and their families, and feels it’s an honor and privilege to minister to them.
